Responsibilities

• Ensure freshness and correct pricing of merchandise; rotate stock.
• Prepare ready-to-eat foods and platters; handle knives and kitchen utensils safely.
• Operate cash register and handle money per policies; comply with tobacco/alcohol laws.
• Maintain sanitation and follow health/OSHA guidelines; dispose of trash properly.
• Assist with inventory control and light loading/unloading of deliveries.
