Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service
• 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write and do simple math problems
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions
• Able to work well with others as a team member
• A passion for serving people
• Physical Demands: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner following company standards
• Operate any deli station and shift as needed
• Portion, wrap, and price products per customer requests
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area in accordance with Health Department regulations
• Receive, inspect, and store deliveries to ensure quality
• Assist other team members to achieve department goals
• Maintain attractive product displays and help minimize shrink
