Job summary

Qualifications

• ServeSafe Certified.
• Be thoroughly familiar with all products carried in the Deli Department.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all functions and activities of Deli/Seafood staff.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and policy compliance in daily operations.
• Greets customers and provides quality service.
• Manages staff schedules, payroll, and coverage to meet plans and budgets.
• Monitors inventory, displays, and product turnover for freshness and margins.
• Oversees training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains department dress code, space management, and POS accuracy.
