Qualifications

• Knowledge of duties of every deli/seafood position, procedures and operations.
• Ability to display initiative and work with limited supervision.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, organize, and optimize department operations.
• Manage inventory, pricing, displays, and product rotation.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards.
• Train and supervise associates; schedule work within budget.
• Support department manager and maintain compliance with policies.
