Dietz & Watson is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to support safety and customer service standards. The role includes operating a deli slicer, setting up deli displays, rotating products, and executing planograms to maximize brand presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Must possess communication, organization, creativity, and customization skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Must have valid Real ID or Passport for travel.
• Must be able to pass the ServSafe Manager exam.
• Walking, reaching, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a deli slicer.
• Set up of deli cases and rotate deli product.
• Understand and execute schematics/planograms.
• Maintain marketing displays using POS.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with deli managers and staff.
• Travel to stores within assigned territory and visit regularly.
• Complete store reports and surveys.
• Provide coverage to stores based on ranking.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth with Merchandiser Manager.
