Job summary

Lee’s Marketplace is seeking a Service Deli Clerk to assist in cooking, preparing, presenting, and serving high-quality deli items with strict attention to freshness and sanitation.

You will greet guests, take and fulfill orders accurately, restock displays, and collaborate with the deli team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional guest service. Prior food service or guest service experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or guest service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production, development, preparation, and maintenance of deli menu items.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitation in food service and seating areas.
• Stock shelves and restock deli products; maintain fresh, rotated, faced displays.
• Maintain accurate food inventories.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and organizing stock rooms.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with Deli team to ensure efficient operations and guest service.
