Responsibilities include preparing hot/cold foods, stocking displays, handling special orders, and supporting coworker training while ensuring friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in food service and handling procedures.
• Possesses SERV Safe or Food Handlers certification or able to obtain within first month.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional shopping experiences and friendly service for customers and coworkers.
• Greet customers and ensure prompt, attentive service.
• Ensure customers get help locating products and exceed expectations.
• Maintain calm and friendly demeanor with customers and employees.
• Answer phones and route calls as needed.
• Prepare hot/cold beverages, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other items per shift.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized service areas; rotate per standards.
• Assist in training new team members and cross-training.
