Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring clear communication in person or by phone.
• Experience preparing deli products, including slicing and portioning.
• Knowledge of deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods, and hot case items.
• Accurate labeling, pricing and order fulfillment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and speed.
• Keep display cases stocked and visually consistent.
• Handle transactions and make accurate change using registers.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and company procedures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing demand.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
