McAlister’s Deli in Liberty, MO is seeking a prep cook to join our franchised location. You will prepare foods according to prep lists and recipe cards, ensuring consistent quality and portion control to meet production standards.

You will maintain a clean, sanitized station at the start and end of each shift, follow sanitation and safety policies to protect guests, and assist with additional duties as directed by management in a busy fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.
• Prepares food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift, including light dishwashing.
• Follows sanitation and safety policies to protect establishment and guests.
• Other duties as requested by management.
