Job summary

McAlister's Deli is seeking a prep cook for a franchised location. You will prepare foods according to prep lists and manager directions to ensure quality and consistency.

You will use recipe cards and production standards to maintain portion control and food quality, while keeping your station clean and sanitized at the start and end of each shift. You’ll follow sanitation policies to protect guests and assist with additional tasks as needed by management.

Responsibilities

• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions
• Prepares food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards
• Cleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift which may include light dishwashing
• Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
• Other duties as requested by management
