Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with deli slicing equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deli meats, cheeses, salads, and other items per recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Assist in receiving and storing deli inventory with proper rotation.
• Replenish displays and ensure attractive product presentation.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and company policies.
• Slice, cut and package meats, cheeses, fruit and vegetables.
• Stock shelves and refrigerators; wash used utensils and keep areas organized.
