Responsibilities

• Create a fast, friendly, customer-first environment and handle questions or requests.
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, and seasonal sets.
• Oversee deli preparation, slicing, cooking, packaging, and merchandising.
• Maintain attractive service cases, grab-and-go, and hot cases.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, logs, and waste reporting.
• Build schedules aligned with sales and labor targets.
• Hire, train, and develop deli associates with accountability.
