Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deli operations with a focus on customer service, food quality, and readiness.
• Create a fast, friendly, customer-first environment and handle questions or special requests.
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, promos, and seasonal programs.
• Oversee preparation, slicing, cooking, packaging, and merchandising of deli items to company standards.
• Maintain attractive service cases and displays across grab-and-go and hot cases.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, production logs, and waste reporting.
• Build and manage staff schedules aligned with sales and labor targets.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop deli associates while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and regulations.
