Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Ready to work varied shifts and days.
• Whiz with numbers and basic math.
• Preferably experienced in the food service industry.
• Eager to become ServeSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the deli’s daily operations.
• Recruit, mentor, and elevate a team of deli staff.
• Provide feedback and motivation to the team.
• Craft efficient work schedules.
• Master inventory management and stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Manage key cost expense lines.
• Deliver timely and accurate store reports.
• Ensure health and cleanliness in food service areas.
• Other duties as assigned
