• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• Ability to manage inventory and vendor orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in supervisory decisions and planning of expenses and costs.
• Lead in customer service and store operations within the deli area.
• Conduct new employee orientation and training and document performance.
• Perform daily tasks, organize priorities, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain inventory, order deli products, rotate items, and monitor freshness.
• Maintain deli equipment and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Check in deli orders, verify deliveries, and manage shelf-ready stock.
• Ensure accurate PLUs and help with tills as needed.
• Support code of conduct and teamwork across store staff.
