Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service per company guidelines.
• Maintain fresh merchandise with proper product handling techniques and minimize losses.
• Assist Deli Manager with merchandising, scheduling, and stock level management, and coordinate sales plans.
• Monitor inventories and weekly sales reports to ensure accurate period-end counts.
• Review schedules, assign tasks, train staff, recognize performance, and develop talent.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with coworkers and management to maintain smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
• Perform staff duties as required by management.
