Responsibilities

• Lead and coach evening deli associates, ensuring excellent service and adherence to company standards.
• Oversee quality and freshness of deli products, manage self-service and service cases, monitor hot/salad bars and stock levels.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues to maintain guest satisfaction, process special orders for early shifts.
• Manage deli operations including inventory, pricing, and merchandising to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety, keep logs, and ensure proper storage techniques.
