Festival Foods in Holmen, WI is seeking a Deli Night Lead to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced grocery environment. You’ll lead and develop evening deli associates, ensuring top-quality products, guest service, and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership and Training: Lead and coach evening deli associates, ensuring they’re consistently delivering excellent service and following company expectations.
• Ensure Quality Control: Oversee the quality and freshness of deli products, manage self-service and service cases, monitor hot and salad bars, and maintain stock levels.
• Provide Guest Service: Address guest concerns and resolve issues to maintain guest satisfaction, including special orders for early morning shifts.
• Assist with Operational Tasks: Manage deli operations including inventory, pricing, and merchandising to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Food Safety: Ensure sanitation and logs, follow food safety protocols, and monitor storage techniques.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and provide notice for replacements when needed.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
