Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Ability to read, understand and follow planograms and department schematics for merchandising.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate information.
• Make recommendations and accommodate requests.
• Manage order guides, deadlines, and reduce shrink/damage.
• Receive/stock goods with rotation standards when replenishing inventory.
• Direct teams to handle, slice and prepare deli meats, cheeses, and CMS throughout the day.
• Coach and train team members on the job and via internal training platform.
