R. H. Foster Energy, LLC’s Freshies deli is seeking a Deli Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure top customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction while maintaining food safety standards. • Order, receive, and manage inventory; ensure proper rotation, labeling, and storage.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency.
• Complete required reporting including inventory, spoilage, sales, and labor tracking.
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain deli cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.
• Respond to customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Train new employees on Freshies standards, procedures, and expectations.
• Communicate operational needs, issues, and opportunities to leadership.
