Job summary

Three Bears Alaska Inc. seeks a Full Time Deli PIC in Ketchikan, AK to prepare and display ready-to-eat products, order stock, and supervise deli staff.

You will manage daily production, ensure proper temperatures, rotate stock, and maintain sanitation while delivering friendly service. Responsibilities include operating ovens and slicers, processing special orders, and assisting in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food preparation/handling experience preferred.
• Food Handling Certification as required by local government.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display ready-to-eat products per guidelines.
• Order product to optimize sales and reduce shrink.
• Schedule and supervise deli team members.
• Rework displays and rotate stock daily.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, including special orders.
• Operate ovens, slicers, and related equipment.
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling.
• Assist with front-end duties as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
