• Supervise/coach deli associates and complete performance reviews
• Manage scheduling of Deli associates to ensure department coverage
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve results
• Monitor safety programs and adherence to food safety regulations
• Provide actionable feedback to help teams and individuals grow
