Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment for customers.
• Monitor all functions, duties and activities in the Deli department.
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve desired results.
• Plan and organize inventory processes and manage scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Prepare and submit seasonal critiques for the sales and merchandising supervisor.
• Assist management with budgeting, expense control, and profit and loss reviews.
• Enforce safety programs and ensure adherence to all laws and company guidelines.
