• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns professionally.
• Offer Assistance: help guests find items and provide deli recommendations.
• Service Excellence: ensure guest needs are met with a helpful attitude.
• Order Fulfillment: receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders per deli schedules.
• Hot Bar Display: maintain attractive, high-quality hot bar items and proper presentation.
• Temperature & Quality Control: take temperatures and maintain food logs for safety and quality.
• Efficiency & Organization: stock, label, and keep the hot bar clean and ready for guests.
• Guest Concerns: resolve guest issues with a constructive approach.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and arrange replacements as needed.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
