Festival Foods is hiring a Deli Hot Bar Cook in Wisconsin. The role reports to the Deli Department Manager and focuses on preparing hot bar items and delivering great guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

The position welcomes both experienced food-service workers and newcomers willing to learn, in a fast-paced deli environment with a variety of tasty menu items and a strong guest-service culture.

Qualifications

• Experience & Skills: Ability to interact tactfully with guests and personnel, with good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: greeting guests, answering questions, resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Offer Assistance: help guests find items and provide deli recommendations.
• Service Excellence: ensure guest needs are met with a helpful attitude.
• Order Fulfillment: receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders.
• Hot Bar Display: maintain attractive garnish and proper item presentation.
• Temperature & Quality Control: monitor food temperatures and logs for safety and quality.
• Efficiency & Organization: stock, clean, and label the hot bar.
• Guest Concerns: address concerns to ensure positive resolution.
• Honor Commitments: maintain schedule and provide notice for absences.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
