Love's Travel Stops is hiring a Deli Host to deliver friendly customer service, prepare deli items, and maintain a clean, stocked deli area. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and the role supports various duties across the store.

You will assist with deli prep, support the cashier area, and follow food-safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem! We will teach you!
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
