You will prepare deli items, assist the cashier team, and may cross-train in other departments. The role involves lifting 25+ pounds and working in various temperatures, with an emphasis on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu offerings and assist the store cashier team in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars.
• Prepare deli products per designated guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Follow company policies and food safety procedures to maintain proper conditions.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
