You will weigh, slice, and prepare a variety of foods, store items properly, and assist cooks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

You should be comfortable multitasking, communicating clearly, and maintaining high sanitation standards in a fast-paced deli environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare Tony’s To Go orders and catering orders.

• Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
• Report low supplies or malfunctioning equipment.
• Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and sanitation laws.
