Our grill cooks should be proficient in line cooking, knife skills, food safety, and sanitation procedures. A minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen with experience in high volume, fast-paced cooking is a plus. This position is responsible for the daily production, set-up & breakdown of the station. Ability to follow directions and complete daily tasks with high attention to detail is essential.

A degree or certificate in Culinary Arts is helpful; however, it is not required.

• Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 35 pounds
