Job summary

The Fresh Market in Chicago is seeking team members to work in multiple departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role offers weekend and holiday shifts with a pay range of $19.17 - $20.45 per hour.

You will ensure product freshness, rotate stock properly, and assist guests with a positive, helpful attitude while maintaining signage and shelving accuracy. Overall, you’ll support store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage.
• Assist with compliance during item transitions and promotional events.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
