Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to join our Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End departments. This role offers a dynamic environment with a competitive hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits.

You will ensure deli products meet freshness standards, execute planograms, coordinate ordering, and assist guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the shop floor. Flexible scheduling including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deli products meet freshness and dating standards.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Follow all policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
