Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Deli Clerk to join a fast-paced, fresh-food team. In this role you will assist customers, prepare and present deli items, and help maintain a clean, safe display case.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within a community-focused natural foods retailer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork to interact with customers and staff.
• Able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options and prepare fresh, easy meals.
• Ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented properly.
• Fill, rotate, and display products; maintain cleanliness of the deli area.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate slicers and other deli equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and log shipments for accuracy.
