Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. in Leeds, AL is seeking a Deli/Food Service Associate to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will prepare a variety of foods including bakery items, BBQ, jerky, and sandwiches, while maintaining quality and recipe integrity.

Responsibilities include utilizing kitchen equipment safely, providing friendly service, and adhering to health and sanitation guidelines. Weekend/holiday shifts and rotating days may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or retail experience preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop culinary skills as you prep bakery offerings, jerky, fudge, BBQ, and other restaurant items.
• Prepare Buc-ee’s menu offerings to prescribed recipes and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintain a clean workstation and quickly execute orders for customers.
• Professionally interact with team members and customers.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
