Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Keeps Deli service areas well stocked and appealing at all times, greets customers and resolves questions politely.
• Ensures freshness and proper pricing and signs for merchandise in display cases; rotates products.
• Operates slicing equipment to prepare meats and cheeses per customer orders; prepares ready-to-eat foods.
• Adheres to recipes and safety policies when preparing various foods.
• May operate cash register and handle money according to policies; adheres to tobacco/alcohol sale laws.
• Maintains sanitation, follows cleaning schedules, and ensures health/OSHA compliance.
• Assists with inventory control and proper storage; helps with deliveries and receiving.
