Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a Deli Lead in Elkhart, Indiana to manage day-to-day department operations, ensure product freshness, and lead a team in stocking, production and shelf maintenance. You’ll review orders, train staff, and help manage schedules and payroll while upholding safety and guest-experience standards.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in retail, strong communication and bookkeeping skills, and proficiency with MS Office and retail systems.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
