Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety policies and equipment operation (slicer, fryer, mixers).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Deli department to meet labor and scheduling goals.
• Contribute to gross profit goals and shrink control.
• Maintain staffing levels and interview/hire qualified candidates.
• Train and coach new deli associates and conduct reviews.
• Ensure proper signage, pricing, inventory, and vendor orders.
• Provide excellent guest services and maintain cleanliness.
• Attend to attendance and schedule adherence.
