Job summary

Coborn's is seeking a Deli Department Lead to oversee the Deli in the Department Manager's absence, ensuring excellent guest service and high standards for salad and sliced meats. You will lead the Deli staff, educate guests at the counter, and maintain a friendly, engaging atmosphere with samples and suggestive selling.

You will ensure health and sanitation regulations are met while keeping the department fully stocked and aligned with company merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Deli Department in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Ensure the Kitchen & Deli meet merchandising standards and are fully stocked and appealing to guests.
• Lead and develop the Deli staff, provide exceptional guest service, and educate guests at the counter.
• Engage guests with product samples, suggestive selling, and ensure health, safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
