You will lead a team, ensure quality and freshness of deli items, assist guests with product information, and drive guest engagement with samples and suggestive selling.

A strong focus on health, safety and sanitation is essential for daily operations. This role emphasizes a warm, friendly guest experience while maintaining merchandising standards and full department

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Deli Department in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Provide outstanding leadership to the Deli staff and ensure superior quality and freshness of salad and sliced meats.
• Educate and assist guests at the kitchen and deli counter; engage guests with product samples and suggestive selling.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation regulations are followed.
