Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a friendly deli team member to assist guests and maintain high product quality. You will greet guests, prepare deli items, and ensure cleanliness and proper display. This role supports front-end operations and integrates with the store’s guest-first service approach.

Responsibilities include slicing, weighing, pricing, restocking, and communicating guest needs to management. A willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods is required; 18+ years old

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and be friendly.
• Prepare product for sale by frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, and pricing.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness in cooler, freezer, prep, and sales areas.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Note temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply area neat and tidy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Support front porch duties to ensure guest arrival standards.
• Announce specials and sale info on PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
