Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Food Clerk to provide outstanding customer service, share product knowledge, and maintain clean, well‑stocked displays in Fresh departments. You will work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery while using store technology to complete tasks efficiently.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, accuracy, and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or food service experience helps but is not required.

Qualifications

• Must deliver friendly, customer-first service and help customers find what they need.
• Ability to learn and use store technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities
