AC&T in Boonsboro, MD seeks a Deli Clerk to serve customers promptly and courteously while preparing delicious meats, cheeses, and deli items. You will slice, weigh, package, and price products and assist with party trays. Follow all food safety procedures, keep areas clean, and handle items up to 50 lbs.

Provide friendly service with recommendations and samples as needed. High school diploma or GED; deli/kitchen experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Deli/Kitchen experience may be required.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, courteous service to deli counter customers.
• Slice, weigh, package, and price meats and cheeses.
• Prepare sandwiches, subs, salads, and other deli items.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
