An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Cook to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and delivering outstanding prepared foods that meet high standards of freshness and quality. You will work closely with the Deli Manager to develop menu items and ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Objective: To produce, execute, and deliver outstanding prepared foods in freshness, taste, quality, and presentation in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in all aspects of the deli to ensure a team that delivers the product and service Cosentino’s customers expect.
Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Deli Manager.
Status: Non-exempt position.
Essential Knowledge:
Non-Essential Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Essential Abilities:
Non-Essential Abilities: Climbing ladders up to 5 ft.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience (Preferred): Cooking, grilling, and frying various foods.
