Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Department Manager in the successful operation of the kitchen.
• Ensure continuous delivery of exceptional guest service and maintain quality and freshness of all products.
• Prepare products to be used in recipes and maintain appropriate product assortment in the hot case.
• Create appealing product displays to attract guests and promote in-store selling culture.
• Understand and apply all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
