Petro Services, Inc. operates Daily's convenience stores in Northeast Florida. Dash is a quick service restaurant/deli inside our Daily's stores.

Associates greet customers, prepare orders, maintain cleanliness, and provide outstanding service to our guests. This role requires a friendly, reliable person who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, follow safety guidelines, and operate touch-screen kiosks and kitchen systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and answer questions.
• Provide guests with exceptional service.
• Suggestive sell product according to company policies.
• Accurately prepare deli food and specialty beverage orders.
• Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Chop, dice, slice, mix, and otherwise prepare ingredients.
• Count and weigh product; calculate basic math involving decimals and fractions.
• Visually identify unsatisfactory food product and remove it from service.
• Follow logging procedures, including time/temperature and inventory documentation.
• Clean and maintain equipment, wares, and utensils according to safety regulations.
• Maintain site appearance standards and basic housekeeping.
• Uphold all health and safety standards and comply with laws.
