Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall production of all dimsum, buns, noodle and cold-deli items.
• Manage, schedule, and produce items timely to meet customer demands.
• Monitor inventory levels of all raw materials and ingredients.
• Ensure food quality and production procedures are followed.
• Prepare cooking ingredients and follow food safety processes.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Monitor temperatures of food during preparation and display.
• Prepare and service customer orders efficiently.
