DELI/COFFEE SHOP LEAD BARISTA (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of customer service experience and 6 months of management experience, or relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum age: 18 years (19 in Idaho).
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and any shift.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Barista certification.
  • Necessary licenses or certificates as required by law.

Salary Range: $18.85 - $23.15 per hour.
