Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow all regulations and company policies regarding prepared food operations, safety, and sanitation.
• Provide attentive customer service by answering questions about prepared foods (ready-made meals, salads, subs).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions; practice a clean as you go policy.
• Prepare, package, and process products per recipes and instructions.
• Stock and rotate products; maintain proper cooler and shelf conditions.
• Follow shrink guidelines and discard procedures.
• Ensure proper temperatures and operation of cases and equipment.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Follow directions from the Deli Manager.
