• Proper wrapping and packaging procedures using correct trays and plastic wrap/containers
• Performs housekeeping duties using available equipment
• Operates tools and equipment safely according to guidelines
• Cleans deli-bakery tools and equipment
• Follows procedures for producing bakery/deli products
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Maintains a neat and clean work area
• Perform essential functions with limited supervision
• May decorate cakes
• Receives and unloads truck deliveries
• Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds
• Work in temperature extremes (e.g., -10 degrees)
• Orders product when deli manager is absent
• Other duties as assigned
