Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and safety in a fast-paced service setting.
• Customer-service experience with guests.
• Ability to learn Hen House procedures and standards.
• Willingness to work across Deli areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide meal solutions.
• Work across all areas of the Deli Department.
• Follow deli procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain hot case, salad bar, grab-and-go items.
• Cut and slice deli meats and cheeses safely.
• Package, stock, rotate, and merchandise deli products.
• Keep cases and service areas clean and stocked.
• Operate deli equipment safely.
• Lift and organize products.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist teammates and adapt to shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
