Job Description

Assist customers, sell deli products, and maintain food production and safety standards. Perform all tasks safely, adhering to corporate policies and legal requirements. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and promote excellent customer service
• Perform duties as listed on the daily tour sheet
• Maintain the case and deli area, including stocking and cleaning
• Answer telephones
• Follow corporate policies and promote company initiatives
• Comply with food safety guidelines and standards
• Rotate deli products by code date
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

Minimum

• 6 months of food service experience
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Related retail experience
• Food Handlers Certification
• Minimum 18 years old
• Ability to work weekends, any shift, and overtime
• Less than high school education plus up to one month of experience or relevant education
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask accurately and timely
• Basic math skills

Desired

• High School Diploma or GED
• Familiarity with deli products
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures
